She’s Too Fat to Model
Jen Hunter, the star of a British reality TV show, Make me a Model, was forced out of her modeling contract because she was told that her size 12 body is too fat.
During the competition she was urged to lose weight but she refused to “hang her head in shame and drop three sizes just for the fashion industry.”
Hunter said:
“I’m grateful to the Cape Model agency for taking me on when other agencies wouldn’t. They secured me some great contracts.However, they are a mainstream agency and when I went into castings I saw very few size 12 models and came up against the same old prejudice.I just didn’t feel comfortable so I decided to change to Excel Models which is a plus size agency.”

That is just ridiculous. A size 12 is nowhere near fat. Looking at that picture of her, I can’t imagine why someone would call that fat. She’s perfectly well-proportioned.
