		<description>I think what people forget is that being healthy includes mental health as well.  If you're constantly putting yourself down because you ate to many calories or you didn't run long enough on the treadmill, then you're only worsening your self-esteem.  Being healthy means treating your body right, but it also means treating yourself right emotionally and that's what the resolutions are about.  Be good to your body, but also be good to the person you are on the inside.</description>
