My Thighs and Old Navy

Posted by Gina C. on August 21st, 2008

I went to Old Navy because I was desperately in need of a new pair of blue jeans. I rarely wear jeans, and actually I only have two pair- neither of which currently fit…grrr.

So I tried of a few sizes because I didn’t know what size I wear, and I found it odd that none of the jeans fit right. Maybe that’s normal but I never experienced it.

The size I thought I was didn’t fit in the thighs quite right but it was perfect in the waist. I tried the next size up and it fit right in the thighs but it was falling off my waist.

No, I don’t wear belts.

So does Old Navy have a sizing problem or is it just my thighs?

I’ve had a similar experience but I am an addicted jeans wearer - I dress them up down to the left and right.

MOST stores have a “size” problem, if you have any kind of curve in your body- then they just dont make jeans to fit.

If you were an ironing board…you might find some - but even then it’d hover above your waist line.

I absolutely have to wear a belt to make anyjeans from any where … fit to close that gap in the waist.

You arent alone -however I dont know if this problem is one you have xperienced with Old Navy alone.

It’s good to know I am not alone. I guess I’ll be buying a belt because I wore the jeans yesterday and I could take them off without unbuttoning or unzipping them…lol.
