Quick Workout- 10 Minute Solution Kickbox Bootcamp

I knew I needed to get a little exercise in, but I really didn’t feel like it. This happens quite often, so I figured there had to be something I could do to meet my need to exercise while meeting my desire to do nothing.

You see, I’m on a workout schedule of 3 days per week and that’s plenty in my eyes, but still I felt like I should be doing something else on my non-workout days.

Enter -10 Minute Solution Kickbox Bootcamp.

I read the reviews and figured it’d be a nice, quick workout with minimal effort.

Nice workout- Yes

Quick workout- Yes

Minimal Effort- NO!

This is a great workout and I was amazed at how I felt afterwards. I expected to be cool as a cucumber but actually I worked up a sweat.

The DVD comes with 5 different workouts that are 10 minutes each. I suppose you could mix and match to get a complete workout but since I only plan on using this on my off-days, 10 minutes is enough. Perhaps in a few weeks I’ll kick it up to 20 minutes.

As if you already can’t tell, I really don’t enjoy exercising, but I really like 10 Minute Solution Kickbox Bootcamp. It was actually kind of fun, and hopefully after awhile I won’t have anymore problems with my Old Navy Thighs.
