Progress Report: Slow and Steady
Back in January I wrote how I was trying to get in shape so my clothes would fit.
I’m pleased to say that I have actually stuck to the program. My clothes are fitting much better, but I’m still not comfortable in ALL of my clothes.
Here are the DVD’s I’ve been doing on a regular basis.

I have a few more that I throw in every now and again including Jillian Michaels and a Biggest Loser DVD; but those are the main ones.
I’m down 17lbs, but that is not why I am excited. I am excited because I actually stuck to a plan! I actually work out on a regular basis. This is a great confidence booster because now I know I can do it and that my clothes will be fitting just right quite soon.
